1) Control Panel is must for a Home Security System. You can monitor all the zones from the control panel. Typically 8 to 32 zones are available in a security system. Depending on your home layout you can select the no.of zones & select the Home Security system.

2) This is wireless age. If you go for wireless system, check the range. Select the wireless system with 25 % higher range.

3) Compatibility with Gas & fire sensors will be a good feature. Also check whether you can connect level & temp. switches. This will be handy if go for Fire control. Of course you will have add sprinklers and additional components.

4) You can monitor and record any person that might enter your property at an undesirable time.
